Aspen Auto Clinic would like to relay that, like you, we are monitoring the news surrounding the COVID-19 virus. We are focused on taking all needed measures in order to keep our employees and clients safe and healthy.
We have activated our Preparedness Plan and will continue to monitor the situation. As we go through the learning process together, we will be offering complementary pick-up and delivery of your vehicle. We will do our best to be as timely as possible based on the number of requests. We will still offer our complementary loaner vehicles or Uber/Lyft rides. If you are feeling unwell, please don’t hesitate to use our Delivery and Pick-up service or feel free to reschedule your appointment.
Our Preparedness Plan includes an increased measure of our staff’s hygiene routines and workstation sanitization. If you would like to utilize our Delivery and Pick-up, please know that the technician will be driving your vehicle with seat covers and floormats in place in addition to wearing disposable gloves. Upon drop off, the technician will sanitize the steering wheel, door handle, keys/key fob and gear shifter.
