Aspen Auto Clinic always takes such good care of my car. I feel well tended to and well informed on the work done to my vehicle. Highly recommend their service for your vehicle needs. They were originally recommended to me when I moved from Denver to Colorado Springs. They have not disappointed me!

This is without a doubt the best auto service center I’ve ever used! Thanks Diane for taking the time to explain the diagnosis and the next steps with us. Your reputation is well earned!(Part 2) Thank you again Diane and the staff. Excellent work done on my car once again. I will not trust my car to any place other than Aspen Auto.

We love the service here. Dianne and the team are so kind and always tell us exactly what we need to know. My wife enjoys coming here because they communicate well and I like it because they are kind and straightforward.Their customer waiting room is great with free WiFi, snacks water, tea and coffee!

I have been going to Aspen Auto for the last couple years and I have no complaints. The staff are very nice, personable, and generous. Albie and Diane have been helping my dad and I since I could remember. These two ladies are the absolutely amazing, hard-working and offer amazing customer setvice! Thank you Albie and Diane for treating us like family!

Have had a rough experience with numerous shops in town. However Aspen Auto was not one of them and they were AMAZING. They managed to completely replace my transmission in two days and the car is running flawless. I fully intend on using them from this point forward for all of my vehicles.

A number of years ago I was a happy customer of Aspen Auto Clinic. For a number of reasons too various to list here I went to other shops. But now I am back and very pleased with the services provided on my two cars. The work was excellent and the staff still friendly and helpful as ever. I was very impressed with Albie who answered all my questions and provided me with good advice and information.

I had a pleasant experience at Aspen when I had my BMW X1 serviced there. In December 2018. All of the team that i interacted with were knowledgeable. They provided me with details of what they were doing during the service and ensured that I understood them. I appreciated the service and will be returning in the future

I've always believed that people are what makes a place successful and Aspen Auto on Tutt Blvd epitomizes that. Just one example; Our daughter called Aspen concerned about an object that had lodged into the undercarriage of her car while driving. They gave her their number personal number so she could text a picture and remained on the phone with her the whole time. Long story short, it was nothing to be concerned about but to a teenager that may not have the mechanical inclination others may have, it was comforting to know that they were there to help her. If you're curious about their 3/30 warranty, I can attest that they've always honored it. I would just like to thank everyone there. From the Service Department, Mechanics and the Manager; Your professionalism, knowledge and customer care is top notch and I couldn't be happier with the quality of care and service we've received over the years. Thank you. Oh, I'm still waiting for my brick out front. 🙂

This place was amazing. After having the worst customer service experience of my life dealing with Salim's Silver Star, this place delivered. My car was at the other location for over a month and a half with no work done. Aspen had my car done in two weeks.. I worked with Diane who was so helpful. She was a true professional and her communication was proactive and timely. Can't thank her and her team enough for their help..
I took my Mini there I called many shops in Colorado Springs and do to the shortage of qualified mMini mechanics i got quotes that were astronomical. I called Tutt location they picked up my car, ran diagnostics and quoted me an price that was fair. My car was returned to me in a satisfactory amount of time. My service advisor Diane was kind, courteous, and willing to make sure I was not inconvenienced in any way. Aspen auto clinic will receive all of my business in the future.

Great, honest customer service! Had a quote from Brakes Plus for almost $1,000 after asking them for an alignment. They told me the ball joints and struts were damaged and needed replacing. Aspen Auto looked my vehicle over and informed me that neither of those parts were damaged. They did the alignment for me and I was on my way. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle to Aspen Auto.
Aspen Auto Clinic is great. Patrick handled everything for me from working with the warranty company to setting up a rental car. Patrick is fantastic and took all the stress away from me. My car is running great again thanks to the great staff at Aspen!
This is the second time I have had them do work on my suburban and they did an oil change and diagnosed and fixed my turn signal issue with no problem

We take 3 of our cars to Aspen and have been for 4yrs now. There coupon package for oil changes great $99 for 5 oil changes 2 tire rotation free alimant check etc... well worth the money!! It doesn’t matter which location we always receive A++ service. There is never any pressure to repair now if it can wait! Price are fair customer care is superb!!
Our car has been in and out of shops due to one person being lazy. Aspen not only fixed our car but verified before we picked it up.Diane is the best! She deserves daily hugs and a raise �

We’ve been taking our vehicles here since May 2003. We’ve been treated well and our cars, truck and van have been handled with the best of care. We’ve always had repairs divided into 3 different groups—1) repairs that affect safety, 2) repairs that require corrections in the next 6-12 weeks and 3) cosmetic repairs. We’ve always had our concerns taken into consideration with ever repair. Because we always have a full diagnostic done when we take a vehicle in for an oil change, we expect to get a list of any repairs that should be done. The Aspen Auto Clinic on Tutt has a very nice waiting room. They also provide a courtesy shuttle service to drop you off at home or work and will pick you when the work is done. As long as we have a vehicle, we’ll take it to Aspen.
Incredibly kind and professional. Explained and showed everything that needed attention. Warranty on work and parts is beyond anything I’ve known.

Other places were trying to rip me off to get my transmission fluid flushed ($350) for my Toyota Tundra and they did it for $200! Really great pricing. The staff was also amazing. Patrick went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best service. Also very trustworthy, they took a sample of my tranny fluid to even see if it needed to be changed! Most places would just do it, wether it needed it or not. They took us around there shop as well and introduced us to all there staff and mechanics who were also really nice and helpful. They also took the time to give you there advice and knowledge on improvements you might want to look into in the future.
It's been several months since I had service with Aspen. I kept the message because I wanted to make sure that I posted a review. I don't remember the names of the individuals who assisted me, but it is rare that you find the customer service that I received during my entire contact with Aspen. I would recommend this place 110%.

We've taken our vehicles to Aspen Auto - Tutt for awhile now and have been treated well there. Although we did have a few hiccups along the way, anything we've ever brought up to them has been resolved. They are very easy to communicate with. My advice to people would be to ask questions. When we don't understand something, we ask. We've always gotten answers or more clarification.
Went in for an oil change, they found my shock absorbers were leaking, explained what needed to be done, showed me the problem, and found ways to save me money.

I had a broken skid plate - they got me right in without an appointment and got me safely back in the road right away. I was given options and enough of an explanation that I felt confident I could make a good decision about the repair. I'm an aspen client for life!!

So far my experience has exceeded my expectations-very professional & detail oriented. Yes, Troy's the MAN, that's for sure. Now pray my car can be fixed and not break the bank!!

Great experience every time I go there. They are honest and keep you informed a long the way. They work with your budget to get the required work done and tell you what can safely wait until you can afford it.

I slid on ice off an off ramp and banged up my front end. We went through insurance and Aspen has no issue with dealing with them. They continually kept us up to date with where we were in the process. When the insurance adjuster didn't think the thermometer needed to be replaced Aspen recommended it and I approved the extra charge; I've had a bad one before and didn't want to go through that again. When it came time to pay them my deductible they managed to get rid of the extra charge. The repair was done in within the quoted time, the earliest they said actually. Couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism.
